As the guidance counselor, I believe it is my job to be an advocate for the students at Rutherford, Yorkville, and Kenton Schools. The well-being of these students is my top priority. I truly believe students will struggle to learn if they are not healthy- emotionally, mentally, and physically. I strive to help students deal with issues that are interfering with their learning and their lives!

Big News---I am really excited about our 2nd year of the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program. We want the community and parents involved in our effort. All of our students continue to learn ways to stand up to bullies and become defenders of the bullied. Encourage your child to talk to you about their class meetings each week.
